Winemaking: Grapes are harvested early in the morning, during cooler hours, to preserve their freshness. They are then destemmed and directly pressed. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel vats at low temperatures to retain aromatic freshness. The wine is aged for 3 months on fine lees with gentle stirring, adding depth and finesse.
